- Add your website link, or pick chats you already have.
- Read the draft, untick anything wrong, save.
Old chats: two different things
Bring in past chats
On the channel's row. Messenger and Instagram only. Moves old conversations into your Inbox — free, and a batch at a time.
Learn from them
On Teach it. Reads the chats already in your Inbox, any channel, and drafts what to remember. Uses a little allowance.
It learns from what you wrote to customers, never from its own replies. Worth running again after a busy month.
