  • An SMS or call on that number, to verify it.
  • Your business name, as customers should see it.

Steps

  1. 1Channels → Connect, next to WhatsApp. Meta's window opens.
  2. 2Create or pick a business profile and enter the number.
  3. 3Type the code Meta sends, and finish to the end.

Use a number you'll keep. Customers save the number they first messaged, and moving one later is slow.
