Steps
- Open Viber's admin page and create a business account.
- Copy the long key it gives you.
- Channels → Connect, next to Viber. Paste and save.
The key is stored encrypted and customers never see it. Lost it? Make a new one on Viber's page and paste that instead.
Viber keeps no readable history, so old chats can't be brought in — only messages from now on.
