Steps
- Channels → Connect, next to Facebook.
- Sign in as yourself — the person, not the Page.
- Pick the Page you want answered. Others can follow later.
- Leave every permission ticked and continue.
Untick a permission and it connects but can't read or reply — which looks like it simply doesn't work. Press Connect again with everything ticked.
Check it worked
Message your Page from a friend's phone. The reply lands in seconds. Your own admin account won't do — Facebook doesn't deliver that as a customer message.
